I'd love to hear about building muscle for women without looking bulky. I have had people state concerns about lifting weights because they don't want to look like a man. Lifting weights to me doesn't mean I will bulk up just look tone- which is the key. Any advice for those who are questioning lifting??

Generally women will not put on as much muscle as men for the fact they do not have the muscle building hormones like testosterone at the levels that men do. However the greatest thing about meeting with a consultant on a weekly basis and having your body composition closely monitored, is that you can determine whether or not you are putting on excessive muscle or not. We can then change your program to meet the body compositional changes you desire.
